All IDDSI Levels are accommodated in one box – just add the required number of sachets to the appropriate amount of liquid to thicken beverages to accurate viscosities.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

 12 months product shelf life. Once prepared, drinks should be covered and refrigerated in between serving and handled / stored according to your food safety protocols. As a general guide, Precise recommends the ‘2-hour / 4-hour rule’ (2-hour/4-hour rule for businesses). Discard any leftover drinks after 24 hours. Keep chilled between use.
