ARGINAID® EXTRA is a ready-to-serve fat free L-arginine oral nutritional supplement containing vitamins C, E and zinc. It is designed to support the unique needs of individuals with wounds* and provides 1.05kcal/mL.
Not recommended for tube feed use.
*This is a high-nitrogen and high-phosphorus product that may not be appropriate for individuals with impaired renal function.
ARGINAID® Extra is a food for special medical purposes specifically formulated with L-Arginine for the nutritional management of wounds. Must be used under medical supervision. Not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition.

Ingredients
Orange Burst Flavour: Water, Sugar, Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), and less than 2% of L-Arginine, Phosphoric Acid, Malic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, DL-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, L-Cysteine, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Zinc Sulfate, Acesulfame Potassium, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Vegetable Juice (Color), Ferrous Sulfate, Niacinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Copper Gluconate, Manganese Sulfate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Biotin, Potassium Iodide, Vitamin K1, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12. Contains Milk.
Usage
SHAKE WELL BEFORE OPENING.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
ORAL USE: Chill before serving. Twist cap to break safety ring and inner foil seal.
ARGINAID® Extra can be consumed directly from the reclosable prisma tetra or poured into a cup. Once opened, reclose, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. Consume any unrefrigerated open product from the carton or a covered container within 6 hours.
STORAGE: Unopened, store in a cool dry place. Do not freeze.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Suitable for use in ages 14 years and above. Suitable for lactose intolerance. Not for individuals with galactosemia. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
